​Hatha Mixed
75 Minutes, mixed styles and all levels. Class is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time.   All classes are tailored to the needs of the folks in the room. So if you’ve been practicing for some time and want to take it up a notch, feel free to deepen your practice in this class.  If you’re brand new to yoga, you’re welcome in this class to learn the basics of the practice. Most important is that you listen to your body and take this time to deepen your connection to self.

50 minutes, We know you gotta work maaan. This class is a mix of ashtanga and hatha designed to wake you up and get your day off to a super rad start.
One hour version of our Hatha Mixed class.

No "Rush" Hour

Yin Yoga


Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Yin Yoga directly addresses the demands that sitting still in one position for a long time places on the body by focusing on stretching connective tissue instead of muscle.
Yin Yoga is for you if you are tired, over-stimulated, when your energy is too erratic, your mind overactive, whether you are craving for energy or you feel you have too much of it. it's a good idea to balance all the on-the-go aspects of life and a great way to do that is through Yin Yoga.

    

​Community Class

75 minutes, a great mix of hatha, and vinyasa/ashtanga. cost is $5 everybody is welcome. Class is free for current class pass holders.
​Ashtanga Improv
​90 Minutes, Ashtanga yoga created by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois is a progressive series of postures; sun salutations (A and B), standing postures, seated postures, backbending and finishing postures, linked together with the breath. Many of the newer styles of power yoga used Ashtanga as a their blueprint. This class is NOT done in a hot room. The practice itself produces intense internal heat, the give you improved circulation, a light, strong body, and a calm mind.

​Restorative Yoga
​60 Minutes, Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening the body through gentle stretching. During this class you may hardly move at all, moving through a few postures during the hour. These long holds Allow your muscles relax deeply. This class is very mellow, making it a great balance to more active practices we are generally used.

Perfect class for times when you feel Stressed, weak, or fatigued from your daily life. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and the mind. You can practice the poses when not feeling so great and while injured.
​Gentle Yoga
60 Minutes, A calming yoga class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment, stretching and strengthen all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Great for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing class. Wonderful for  those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.

Align and Refine

In this class we will explore proper alignment for your body. Understanding what you can do to get the most out of your postures. A little workshop, little B.K.S Iyengar, some biomechanics, anatomy, and body awareness will make this class perfect for everybody.
